Finally found a name for the broken black kit. Tru-Luv Truffles seemed to fit as I do not know its gender yet. He is now a singleton getting all the milk he wants. Totally spoiled!
I am happy to have another broken black kit at Meadow Haven. Seemed like a specialized color for me. LOL. Maybe I should change the color scheme of this blog to reflect what colors I would like to see in my rabbits. I guess it is much more important to work on overall type then to emphasize on the color. I am a little dissappointed because I was very close to having chocolates but now it seemed I could only “smell” them.

Awwwe shame mycrochip had to leave so soon. But I’m glad that truffles (a very very awesome name, in my opinion!) is growing up to be a terribly cute bunbun!
