Little Hope: Day 22

Little Hope is 3 weeks old today. I will not say he/she has passed the danger zone yet. I am still keeping my fingers crossed and that will be for another 5 weeks. I’ll continue praying for his/her health. You can never be too sure when it comes to kits.

I would like to suggest that you should not give little hope this name as it should be full of hope….so that this cute bunny can stay longer…be healthy all the while….i had 2 rabbit as well, they are zorro and zorry…Zorro is an Anggora rabbit, while Zorry is a Lop Ear rabbit….how to stop them from smelling so bad of their pee? I need some advise….thanks…

  2. Hi Evelyn,

That was exactly my intention naming it Hope. Because there should always be hope around.

Feeding good food to your rabbits will help keep the odor at bay. But this is not 100% sure proof. The rule of thumb is to keep their environment clean and dry. To absorb all their smelly pee, you can get Woody Pet wood pellets which is very good at absorbing pee and control odor.

Good luck. Thanks for commenting. Do continue commenting.

my rabbits will leave their food after eating them as i will give them twice a day…i am afraid that they may have sickness…but they do this almost everyday….

  4. i think it is perfectly normal. if they are not eating totally then you should start worrying. my rabbits do not finish their food at one go too.
