I just felt that more space is needed for my little rabbitry. Not space to house more rabbits to be exact. I need more space for each rabbit. At the moment their cages are really small and they really need more time for their routine runs. Unfortunately it has been raining every evening and they are stuck in their usual cage. Skor is getting kind of bored that he would jump out of his cage and explore the surroundings. I can see that he is indeed getting really bored.
Just looking forward for the move soon. Hopefully in another 2 months.

Hi Tim,
As in reply to you comment on Fetal Giants. I hear it is possible for the kit to be alive while in the birth canal. However, there is such little space they could already be dead. This is unsure.
We do know that most are born dead. When a doe has complecations during birth, the kit usually takes its first breath too early and suffocates. Their is no air in the birth canal. Therefore it dies. Knowing this is when their tongues stick out their mouth.
Hope this helps a little bit. ;]

Hi Susie,
Thank you so much for your reply. What you have commented proves to be very valuable for my knowledge. I shall keep that in mind and be prepared to face what I might see in the future. Part and parcel of breeding I believe.
